Job Title: Front Office Coordinator
A key role in a supportive and dynamic school environment is available for an Administrative Officer. This temporary position at 0.83 FTE involves delivering efficient, professional service to the school community while upholding our values.



About The Role

* Answer phone calls and respond to enquiries from students, parents, and staff.
* Assist with front counter enquiries, including confidential communications.
* Support student enquiries at the counter and provide guidance as needed.
* Manage accounts receivable and payable, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
* Provide general first aid and administer medication when required.
* Collaborate with senior management to coordinate school events and daily tasks.
* Perform general data entry and maintain accurate records.
* Use computer applications, including word processing and Microsoft Office, to complete tasks efficiently.
* Handle filing and archiving, maintaining a tidy and organized workspace.
