We’re looking for experienced Mainframe COBOL Developers to join a federal government initiative. You’ll be part of a collaborative scrum team, contributing to high-impact IT projects. Responsibilities: Design, code, test, document, and maintain complex COBOL programs Apply agreed standards and tools to deliver quality outcomes Collaborate with stakeholders and lead peer reviews Support documentation and knowledge transfer Participate across the full development lifecycle Requirements: Strong COBOL coding capability (Mainframe) Australian Citizenship (will need to hold or be able to obtain Baseline Clearance) Ability to work onsite in Melbourne, Brisbane, Adelaide, or Canberra ITIL foundational knowledge Experience working in agile/scrum environments Contract Details: Duration: 12 months with potential to go permanent/be extended Start: ASAP Please click apply or contact Aimee Thompson at athompson@launchrecruitment.com.au for more information.
