The Product Owner Open Banking will help Greater Bank understand the customer, market and Greater Bank to make sound decisions about the direction of our digital and technology products. This position represents the customer and should understand our users and the marketplace, with an in-depth understanding of our competition, future trends and product opportunities.

You will convey the vision of the product goals and success measures to the team who design and implement the product changes, decide what delivers value to a customer and the organisation though ownership of the product.

This position will demonstrate success through the continuous delivery of value and innovation to our customers and organisation.

**What are we looking for?**
- Ability to engage with senior stakeholders to ensure successful delivery of initiative outcomes.
- Previous experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst or experience as a Product Manager who is comfortable working as a key team member within delivery teams as well as directing / managing delivery teams.
- Commercial acumen and experience validating a problem space to ensure meaningful, valuable solutions are delivered.
- Thrive in a fast paced and highly ambiguous work environment
- Experience working in a vendor / system integrator environment
- Experience working with Atlassian products such as Jira, Confluence
- Knowledge of Open Banking regulation and consumer data rights (highly advantageous)

**What would be your key responsibilities?**
- Lead Open Banking rollout and ongoing management to ensure the rollout meets the regulatory requirements in Australia
- Ensure Open Banking is understood and embedded in products and channels
- Identify commercialisation opportunities that are presented through Open Banking: model their impact, develop business cases, obtain approval to proceed and lead the development of these applicable propositions.
- Ensure any such use cases and User Experience (UX) are customer-led and validated through relevant use of customer data, insight and research.
- Monitor and report on all Open Banking SLA's to ensure we meet regulatory obligations and customers' needs
- Clearly understand practices within the organisation and the teams such as risk, quality and engineering to assess the impact of these practices on prioritisation and decisions about product roadmaps and backlogs.
