Job Title: Cyber Security IT/OT Specialist
Cyber Security IT/OT Specialists are required to lead and support cyber security activities across traditional Information Technology (IT) and Operational Technology (OT) environments.
They provide technical expertise to protect critical IT infrastructure and industrial systems, ensuring the secure design, implementation, and operation of IT and OT environments.
* Provide technical leadership in the secure design, implementation, and operation of IT and OT environments.
* Lead the implementation of security controls tailored to OT/ICS/SCADA assets.
* Act as subject matter expert on threats, vulnerabilities, and mitigations specific to IT/OT networks and systems.
* Support the maintenance of OT policies, standards, and guidelines.
* Support continuous monitoring and reporting on the compliance status of the company's IT systems.
* Conduct and support GRC coordinated audits, assessments, and reviews.
* Provide guidance and support to business units and functions on cyber engineering and resilience matters.
* Liaise and communicate with internal and external stakeholders on cyber issues and initiatives.
Cyber Security IT/OT Specialists must have a strong understanding of ICS/SCADA, DCS, and industrial automation technologies, as well as industry certifications such as Certified Industry System Security Professional (CISP) or Global Industrial Cyber Security Professional Certification (GICSP).
Requirements
* Cyber Security, ICT, or Engineering related degree or equivalent.
* Experience in managing and developing a high performance cyber security team.
* Significant experience in cyber security, with extensive experience in both IT and OT environments.
* Demonstrated experience with ICS/SCADA, DCS, and industrial automation technologies.
* Industry certifications such as CISP or GICSP.
* Strong communication skills, customer focus, and negotiation skills.
* Defence security clearance NV1 or eligibility to obtain.
* Eligibility to be cleared for International Traffic In Arms (ITAR) regulations.
