Areas of Responsibility
* Support the Store Manager in the day‑to‑day leadership of a new Carousel store
* Deliver a premium, personalised and inclusive customer experience
* Confidently assist customers with bra fitting, lingerie, sleepwear and styling
* Lead from the floor, setting the standard in service and presentation
* Coach and develop the team in product knowledge, fitting expertise and sales behavioursBuild strong customer relationships to drive loyalty, satisfaction and conversion
* Support recruitment, on boarding and ongoing team development
* Drive sales performance, KPIs, daily trade priorities and promotional execution
* Manage customer feedback and uphold brand and operational standards
What You'll Bring
* Experience as a Senior Sales Assistant, Supervisor or Assistant Store Manager
* Confidence and comfort supporting customers with bra fitting and personalised service
* A genuine passion for fashion, fit and customer connection
* Strong communication skills and a natural coaching style
* A results-focused mindset with an understanding of retail KPIs
* A warm, inclusive leadership approach and a desire to grow your retail leadership career
