Our client, a leading supplier in the Manufacturing Industry, is looking for an experienced Customer Service person to join them as a Service Administrator.
**Reporting to the Administration Services Manager, your main duties will include**:
- Manage workflow and scheduling of repairs- Dispatch of repairs and parts orders
- Resolutions for processes and turn around of repairs
**To be successful in this busy role, you will need**:
- Previous Administration and Customer Service experience
- Experience with Oracle or Salesforce **essential**- High level of Accuracy and problem solving skills- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment- Excellent communication and time management skills
- Advanced knowledge in Microsoft Office
