We are seeking an experienced Recruitment Specialist to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
* Collaborate with the Leadership Team to source suitable candidates for various roles within the organization.
* Implement effective sourcing strategies, including head hunting, advertising, networking, and referrals to identify top talent.
* Conduct thorough telephone screenings and face-to-face interviews to assess candidate suitability.
* Develop shortlists for key positions and provide recommendations to hiring managers.
* Provide administrative support throughout the recruitment process, ensuring seamless communication between candidates, hiring managers, and stakeholders.
* Coordinate new starter pre-employment assessments and onboarding functions efficiently.
* Manage CRM and database systems to track candidate interactions and progress.
* Respond promptly to recruitment and onboarding inquiries, providing timely resolutions to candidates and hiring managers.
* Perform ad-hoc administration tasks as required to support the recruitment function.
Requirements:
* A minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar recruitment role.
* Strong knowledge of the mining, logistics, and transport industries is highly desirable.
* Proven computer skills and proficiency in using Microsoft Office applications.
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, meeting tight deadlines and prioritizing tasks accordingly.
* A team player who can collaborate closely with others and support the broader organizational objectives.
