About Our Role: As a Dispensing Optician, you will provide clinical support and customer service across all eye care aspects. Working closely with optometrists, you will help patients select frames, interpret optical prescriptions, deliver excellent customer service and manage general practice administration to ensure the best patient experience.
Your Key Responsibilities:
* Interpret optical prescriptions accurately
* Provide personalized fashion and practical advice to assist customers in selecting frames and lenses
* Manage patient care and maintain accurate patient records
* Assist on reception duties when required
This position is ideal for someone who has completed a Certificate IV in Optical Dispensing and is passionate about eyewear fashion and enjoys a busy environment.
Your Qualifications and Skills:
* Completed a Certificate IV in Optical Dispensing
* Possess strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
