Duties and Responsibilities

• Experience in personal care, PEG feeding, domestic assistance
• Providing in‐service travel (can drive a disability van), companionship
• Documenting services provided, incidents and completing reports as required
• Willing to travel to Forestville
• Cert 3 in Aged or Disability Care or equivalent (Essential)
• Current full driver's license (Essential)
• Female
