We are a self-funded statutory body established to administer the Long Service Benefits Portability Act 2018.
The People and Culture Adviser plays a key role in fostering an inclusive and collaborative culture that celebrates achievements and allows everyone to contribute to our success.
This role collaborates with both management and employees to offer assistance and guidance throughout the employee lifecycle, including:
* Providing strategic HR advice and support
* Managing end-to-end recruitment processes to find top talent
* Ensuring timely payroll processing for all staff members
* Supporting employee learning and development through various initiatives
* Fostering important stakeholder relationships across the organization
