Responsibilities include:
* Overseeing day-to-day operations and general correspondence.
* Nurturing relationships with owners, committee members, and contractors.
* Understanding and meeting customer deadlines and timeline expectations, and ensuring their needs are met.
* Accurately entering client data and relevant details into the management software, maintaining up-to-date and precise records.
* Strong budget management skills
* Consistently following all corporate processes to ensure smooth and effective operations.
* Coordinating meetings, taking minutes, and managing post-meeting documentation.
* Issuing work orders, quote requests, and insurance documents, as well as reviewing and approving invoices.
About You
You'll be a great fit for this role if you are an independent worker who thrives in a supportive environment. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are a must, along with a willingness to learn and adapt within the industry.
The ideal candidate will also have:
* Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role (administration)
* Certificate IV in Strata Community Management (preferred, but not required)
* SCAWA A100 Certification (minimum)
* StrataVote, Strata Master and Strata Connect experience
* Valid Western Australian Driver's License
* Current WA police check
