Key Requirements:
* Certificate III in Commercial Cookery or Certificate IV in Kitchen Management
* Advanced Diploma of Hospitality Management or equivalent experience in the hospitality industry
* Current employment in the hospitality industry with proof of employment
* Good public speaking and presentation skills
* Ability to work cooperatively as a member of a team
Essential Skills:
* Qualifications and/or extensive industry experience within hospitality
* Experience working with participants aged 18-55
* Strong organizational and administrative skills
* Well-developed communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* A current driver's license
