We manage the CRN – Country Regional Network, ensuring safe transportation of people and goods across NSW.Job PurposeThe Billings and Revenue Officer is responsible for accurate and timely billing of train movements on the Country Regional Network.The role is responsible for calculating and submitting various revenue reports, aged debtors, train delays and cancelations, monthly usage reports and other comprehensive reports.The role is also responsible for Office Management duties of the Mayfield building and performing any reasonable ad-hoc duties when required to support the network operations team.Key ResponsibilitiesEnsure the accurate and timely billing of Rolling Stock Operators for rail movements on the CRN.Maintain close relationships with internal stakeholders, in particular the Network Access Planners, Network Controllers and the finance team.Ensure accurate monthly billing and revenue reports are issued in accordance with Access Agreement requirements.Ensure accurate and timely monthly reports for Aged Debtors, Train Delays and Cancellations, Usage Reports.Work closely with RSO’s, Network Access Lead and Finance around the accurate setup of new customer accounts.Maintain close relationships with key external stakeholders, in particular, rollingstock operators, to ensure compliance with the Access Agreements. Escalate noncompliance to management Submit FM Claims/credits to management and TfNSW for approval where required.Ensure the accurate filing of Network Control documents, e.g. Electronic Train Control Graphs.Management of the Network Operations documentation via SharePoint.
