The Opportunity
We're looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Sales Construction Specialist to join our growing team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone ready to take on a new challenge in a progressive organisation that's passionate about machinery and the people who use it.
Reporting to the Sales Manager, you'll create value for our customers by providing expert advice, ensuring a seamless sales experience, and helping deliver on our mission.

About You
As a Sales Construction Specialist, you will:
* Develop new business and identify growth opportunities across our construction and lifestyle product lines.
* Build and maintain strong customer relationships within your region.
* Deliver exceptional customer service and support, from enquiry to after-sales.
* Work closely with the Sales Manager to achieve and exceed monthly sales targets.
* Collaborate effectively with other departments and branches.
* Accurately appraise and value machinery for trade-ins or purchases.
* Represent TASMAC at field days, demos, and industry events.
* Ensure timely and accurate completion of sales administration.
* Contribute positively to our team environment and company culture.
