We're looking for an energetic and driven Store Manager to lead our UGG Harbourtown store.
This is a hands‑on leadership role where you'll partner closely with your Area Manager and Assistant Store Manager to coach, motivate, and inspire a passionate team, while delivering exceptional customer experiences every day.
Your Role
As Store Manager, you will be responsible for driving both people and performance by:
Leading all day‑to‑day store operations across sales, KPIs, stock, wages, and shrinkage
Coaching and inspiring your team to achieve sales targets and deliver outstanding customer service
Monitoring performance daily, weekly, and monthly, celebrating wins and addressing opportunities
Managing rosters and wages in line with budget and company expectations
Maintaining high standards of visual merchandising and store presentation
Ensuring strong OH&S compliance and prioritising team wellbeing
Developing talent through ongoing training, mentoring, and succession planning About You
To succeed in this role, you'll bring:
1+ years' experience as a Store Manager in a high‑volume retail environment
Previous outlet retail experience (highly desirable), with the ability to drive performance in a fast‑paced, value‑led environment
A hands‑on, results‑driven leadership style with a "Make It Happen" mindset
Proven experience driving KPIs, sales performance, and operational excellence
Strong problem‑solving skills and commercial awareness
Confidence in visual merchandising, stock control, and wage management
