Key Safety Responsibilities
* Lead and mentor multi‐disciplinary teams across on‐site solar and renewable energy O&M projects
* Oversee end‐to‐end project delivery, focusing on safety, performance, client satisfaction, and financial outcomes
* Act as the primary point of contact for clients, owning both commercial and operational responsibilities
* Conduct regular site visits, particularly in NSW and QLD, and during onboarding of new project sites
* Collaborate with global teams, including participation in after‐hours calls with counterparts in Europe, America, and Asia
* Manage client relationships, budgets, and overall project performance to meet strategic objectives
Skills & Experience
* Minimum two years' experience managing O&M projects in utility‐scale solar or renewable energy (or transferable experience)
* Proven management and leadership skills with extensive experience in team development, effective communication, project delivery, and workforce planning
* Experience managing contracts, budgets, and technical teams in high‐compliance environments
* Proven expertise in safety management, including electrical risk mitigation and compliance with WHSEQ standards
* Demonstrated project financial management skills and solid knowledge of finance, including budgeting, cost control, and reporting
* High proficiency in MS Office and knowledge of energy generation systems, asset management, and utility‐scale inverter technology
Qualifications
* Tertiary qualifications in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or similar
* Current Australian driver's licence
