We are seeking an experienced automotive marketing professional to join our retail marketing team.
Autosports Group is a large ASX-listed automotive retailer representing many of the world's most prestigious luxury brands. With over 3,000 employees across 85 dealerships throughout Australia and New Zealand, our Queensland operations represent brands including Audi, BMW, and Volvo. The opportunity:
This role supports retail marketing activity with a clear focus on generating leads, influencing customer engagement, and contributing to dealership sales performance. Reporting to the Group Marketing Manager - you will partner closely with dealership leadership and internal teams to develop strategic marketing plans, execute campaigns, deliver communications, and support events and partnerships that drive customer traffic and conversion. This is a fast-paced, hands-on role with travel to local dealerships, requiring initiative, accountability, and the ability to operate confidently across multiple stakeholders and priorities.
The role:
* We do it all Our marketing team works on strategy, campaign creation, campaign reporting, data analysis, and executing exciting events for dealerships.
* Work with the Group Marketing Manager to develop and execute marketing plans and strategies.
* Create marketing campaigns to drive leads and sales conversions.
* Work with agencies and suppliers to execute campaigns on time and within budget.
* Review campaign data, including leads, sales, and digital performance, to deliver insights back to dealership teams and help optimise marketing ROI.
* Develop all customer communications
* Manage online platform content including websites and social channels.
* Assist with managing the marketing budget.
About you:

* A degree or qualification in business or marketing is ideal.
* Minimum of 3 years' experience working in a marketing role, ideally in automotive dealerships, media agency, group of franchise businesses.
* Excellent time management skills, communication and confidence in engaging with stakeholders.
