About the Job
Start Date: ASAP - 3 months Temp to Perm
Hours: Monday to Friday (8am to 5pm)
Location: Seventeen Mile Rocks, Brisbane
Requirements
* Driver's license and reliable transport
* Forklift Licence
* Intermediate computer skills
* Experience in Polyethylene pipe, fittings and valves would be helpful but not necessary
* Prior experience in a similar role highly advantageous
* Experience with ProfitPlus - advantageous, however training will be provided
Responsibilities
* Keying of Sales Orders received from customers and sending order confirmations
* Answering phone and taking calls from customers placing orders, following up on orders
* Taking orders to the warehouse and ensuring the orders get picked and accurately packed within the customer time frame requirements
* Attaching photos and all paperwork to customer's jobs
* Assisting in packing orders when required to ensure the above
* Liaising with the purchasing staff about customer requirements
* Assisting in booking freight when required
