With a strong reputation for craftsmanship, reliability, and innovation, we are looking for an experienced Operations Manager to lead our production and operational performance as we continue to grow.
About the Role
The Operations Manager will oversee the day-to-day operations of the business, ensuring efficient workflow across manufacturing, logistics, and administration. This role is critical in maintaining productivity, quality standards, and profitability while supporting our team and customers.
You will work closely with the leadership team to improve systems, drive operational efficiency, and support a positive workplace culture.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee daily operations across production, inventory, warehouse and logistics
Manage and support department supervisors and team leaders
Ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to quality standards
Implement and improve operational systems, processes, and workflows
Monitor production schedules, capacity planning, and resource allocation
Drive continuous improvement initiatives across the business
Manage operational budgets and performance metrics
Maintain workplace health and safety standards
Lead, mentor, and develop staff across the organisation
Skills & Experience
Proven experience in an Operations Manager or senior leadership role
Experience in manufacturing, cabinetry, joinery, or construction-related industries
Strong leadership and people management skills
Excellent organisational and problem-solving abilities
Experience managing production workflows and operational systems
Strong financial and commercial awareness
Knowledge of workplace health and safety practices
Ability to drive efficiency and continuous improvement
