Key Responsibilities
* Work sensitively with families to address risk factors and develop strategies for mitigating harm.
* Collaborate effectively with other organizations to ensure comprehensive support for clients and their families.
Duties & Responsibilities:
The caseworker will be responsible for developing safety plans, conducting thorough risk assessments, managing cases involving high-risk clients and their families in a court process. This includes preparing necessary documents, attending hearings as required, and ensuring that all parties are adequately informed throughout the process.
1. Safety planning: Develop effective strategies to ensure client's well-being while minimizing risks associated with unsafe environments or situations
2. Risk assessment management: Conduct thorough evaluations of potential hazards impacting the client’s life,
family
structure,
economic situation;
