Product Engineering Leadership Role
This is a key opportunity to lead the establishment and continuous improvement in product and engineering practices to drive consistent, efficient, scalable, and cost-effective processes.
Key responsibilities include building and developing a team of highly effective product and engineering specialists, managing resource allocations to products, and championing and embedding ways of working, including Jira discipline and organizational hygiene practices.
The ideal candidate will have experience in leading and managing technical teams, setting clear goals, driving performance metrics, and supporting professional development initiatives to ensure high-quality, efficient, and compliant services that enhance customer experience.
Experience in collaborating and developing effective communication channels with product leads, senior managers, and operational support teams is also essential. Additionally, the candidate should have extensive experience in implementing and upholding consistent engineering practices for end-to-end product development ensuring high-quality results.
Other key requirements include relevant experience in digital platform operations or previous product experience, experience in leading digital teams in an agile environment, and certifications in SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework).

Salary Range:
$149,739 base plus superannuation
Location:
Flexible/hybrid working arrangements available across NSW, with some travel to Sydney metro locations required from time to time (negotiable)
