The Role
Due to continued growth, we have an exciting opportunity for a BMS Technician to join our NT team who will work with advanced building automation technologies and deliver cutting-edge solutions to our diverse client base.
You will be responsible for system installations, fault-finding, commissioning, servicing and maintenance across many sectors.
Primary responsibilities of the role include, but are not limited to:
* Installing, commissioning &optimizing BMS and lighting control systems
* Diagnosing & rectifying complex faults in building automation systems
* Providing technical expertise & guidance to clients and junior team members
* Upgrading & integrating systems to improve performance and energy efficiency
* Collaborating with project managers & engineers to ensure successful project delivery
The Ideal Candidate
The successful candidate will possess the following:
* Proven experience in HVAC systems & BMS technologies
* Strong knowledge of Tridium Niagara, Distech, OEM's, or similar industry platforms (essential)
* Advanced skills in BMS project delivery, from installation to commissioning and ongoing maintenance
* Excellent troubleshooting abilities and a proactive approach to problem-solving
* Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, and a focus on delivering exceptional customer service
* The ability to mentor and train junior team members
* Reliable, self-motivated & well presented
* Valid Driver's License
