Pastry Chef / Chocolatier

We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Pastry Chef/Chocolatier with a passion for artisan confectionery to join our growing team. About the Role
As our Pastry Chef/Chocolatier, you will be responsible for developing, producing, and perfecting a range of premium confectionery and patisserie items. You will work closely with our production and creative teams to maintain consistency, quality, and efficiency across all products.
Hours are Monday - Friday, 7.00am - 3.30pm - no weekend work required
Key Responsibilities
* Produce high-quality confectionery and nougat to brand specifications
* Develop new recipes, flavours, and seasonal product lines
* Maintain excellent food safety, hygiene, and quality standards
* Manage production schedules to meet deadlines
* Monitor inventory and assist with ordering ingredients
* Collaborate with the team to improve processes and maintain product excellence
About You
* Qualified Pastry Chef or Confectioner
* Demonstrated experience in pastry, confectionery, or fine desserts
* Strong understanding of sugar work, chocolate tempering, and artisanal techniques
* Creative, detail-focused, and committed to quality
* Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment
* Strong organisational and communication skills
