Essential Skills and Qualifications:
 * Tertiary qualification in social work, psychology, occupational therapy, or a related field.
 * Minimum 5 years of experience delivering therapeutic support services to children and young people.
 * Strong leadership and collaboration skills, with the ability to foster a positive and inclusive team culture.
