**Test Analyst**

**How will I help?**
Within Westpac Private Wealth, we seek to provide unique and differentiated insights, expertise, and opportunities for high net worth clients. Global Investment Services provides clients with expertise across a broad range of domestic and international investment opportunities, including fixed income and credit, equities, real estate, structured notes, managed solutions, venture capital and private equity.
In this role you will be part of our business product development team that is responsible for enhancing systems and capability for our Global Investment Services.
**You will also be responsible for**:
- Working with business analysts to understand business and functional requirements defined for the Private Wealth Global Investment Service;
- Creating test cases for user stories for the various user types (customer, banker, investment specialist, markets desk, operations, product);
- Developing, updating and executing test plans of system functionality;
- Working with the technology team to prepare test data
- Performing User Acceptance Testing (UAT), unit testing & Post Implementation Verification (PIV) for releases;
- Liaising with a variety of internal and external stakeholders and service providers to prepare each group for testing
- Prepare test scenarios and coordinate test execution across stakeholder groups
- Escalating test issues to project team and assisting in the remediation of defects;
- Supporting project activities on an as needs basis including: requirements gathering, input into procedures, processes and documentation for new systems and enhancements along with diverse project support work

**What do I need?**
We'd love to hear from experienced test analysts who have experience in wealth management, platforms or investments, together with:
- Demonstrated experience in testing in financial services
- Jira and confluence experience
- Experience with data integration and data risk management projects
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Office suite; Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint
- Experience in the product lifecycle across multiple asset classes
- Strong verbal, written and presentation skills
- Agile experience
- Ability to build trusted relationships with stakeholders.
