Marketing Coordinator Role
We are seeking a highly organized and creative Marketing Coordinator to support the delivery of marketing initiatives across commercial properties in Geelong or Ballarat.
Key Responsibilities:
* Drive Campaign Execution: Coordinate marketing plans, materials, scheduling, and delivery across multiple commercial property campaigns.
* Boost Brand Presence: Plan, post, and monitor social media content, plus report weekly on performance.
* Create Engaging Content: Support copywriting for listings, ads, email marketing direct mail (EDMs), and digital campaigns.
* Run Weekly Email Marketing: Coordinate EDMs and track key metrics.
* Support Creative Production: Assist with marketing assets and basic design tasks.
* Keep Tasks on Track: Manage tasks in workflow systems, maintain records, and support project events.
To be successful in this role, you will have strong organisational skills, excellent attention to detail, confident communication, and experience within real estate or property.
