Here is a great opportunity to join one of the country's top professional services firms, in the capacity of Billings Officer. You'll be coming into an established team environment, with the support of a very experienced and supportive manager.
Your core remit is to provide E-Billing and Billing Support to the Perth office and the Billing Help desk nationally. You'll drive the maintenance of the internal / external E-billing databases, respond to billings queries, process bill cancellations, client and matter maintenance requests and assist with end of month billing reporting. As well as other ad hoc requests.
You are a systems-savvy Billings professional, with extensive professional services experience (preferably legal sector), ideally including knowledge of E-Billings systems and procedures.
Required technical experience includes exposure to platforms such as Serengeti, Collaborati, CounselLink, Ariba, Billing Point, Visual Vault, Tymetrix etc. As well as an understanding of LEDES bill formats and UTBMS codes
Your strong Excel skills and exceptional interpersonal skills will stand you in good stead, in what is a highly visible, critical role in this top-tier firm.
