Reporting to the Director, you will support the strategic engagement and communication activities of the Deputy Director-General and corporate leadership team.
With your exceptional communication and organisational skills, event management experience, and mastery of tools such as Vision 6 and Microsoft 365, you will be responsible for developing and delivering engaging content and events that support a positive and collaborative corporate culture.

About The Role
In this role you will:
* Develop and implement the divisional internal communication and engagement strategy.
* Prepare and deliver internal communication and engagement collateral, including newsletters, intranet content, e-messages, video scripts, speeches, and presentations for leadership engagement sessions.
* Plan, manage, and deliver divisional engagement activities such as BCP Connect and Thrive.
* Develop feedback processes and analyze data to measure communication and engagement success.
* Manage an executive LinkedIn strategy for the Deputy Director-General.
* Provide event management support for divisional cultural and capability programs.
* Build effective relationships across the division, department, and partners.
* Offer communication advice and support to divisional officers.
* Other duties as required.
What We're Looking For
There are no mandatory requirements; however, experience in similar roles, event management, and proficiency with Vision 6, Survey Monkey, Eventbrite, and Office 365 applications are highly regarded.
