Our general practice clinic in southeastern suburbs (Dandenong) is seeking a warm, reliable, and customer-focused Medical Receptionist to be the welcoming face of our busy practice. As the first point of contact for our patients, you will play a key role in ensuring a positive patient experience by providing efficient, courteous, and professional front desk support.
- Previous experience in a medical reception or customer service role (preferred)
- Proficiency in using medical software such as Best Practice, Medical Director, or a willingness to learn
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- Professional presentation and a compassionate, patient-focused attitude
- Commitment to maintaining patient privacy and confidentiality
- Understanding of Medicare billing and item numbers (advantageous)
