Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse to join our healthcare team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, developing and maintaining patient care plans, and coordinating with the multi-disciplinary healthcare team.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide quality clinical care to patients
* Develop and maintain patient care plans
* Liaise with the multi-disciplinary healthcare team to provide coordinated patient management
* Assess patients and coordinate outpatient and inpatient treatments
Requirements:
1. The highest levels of personal integrity and ethical behavior
2. Current unconditional and unrestricted registration as a Registered Nurse with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA)
3. A minimum of 12 months postgraduate experience within the last 5 years in an acute care, primary health care, or military setting (or part-time equivalent)
4. Recent participation in Continuous Professional Development (CPD) activities in accordance with AHPRA
5. Current Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (HLTAID009) certification
