About The Role
Reporting to the GM, your mission is to be a \"Sense Maker.\" You will manage and grow an existing client base, transitioning relationships by building genuine rapport and trust. This isn't just about crunching numbers; it's about being an inquisitive, driven professional who can translate complex tax and investment structures into clear, understandable terms for your clients.
About You
We are looking for a licensed advisor who is \"comfortable being uncomfortable\" in a fast‐paced environment. Your expertise should include:
* Investments & Asset Allocation: Demonstrated knowledge of managed funds and portfolios.
* Tax Structures: A solid grasp of how these impact wealth creation and protection.
* Super & Retirement Planning: The ability to guide pre‐retirees with confidence.
* Self‐Sufficiency: You are a \"searcher of answers\" who thrives without micro‐management.
Our client has in‐house SME's, enabling them to consider advisors with a broad general knowledge of the areas listed above. No existing book of clients is required, just the ability to connect and grow.
