Job description
We're looking for experienced inbound call centre agents to join our energetic and supportive team in South Yarra. This is a casual, part-time position ideal for someone with a background in customer service or inbound sales.
You'll be answering incoming calls, updating client records, and setting appointments. There's a sales element to the role, so confidence and strong communication skills are a must.
What You'll Do:
* Handle inbound calls from existing customers
* Update and manage client records
* Promote services and book appointments
* Accurately record call notes and outcomes
* Represent our clients' brands professionally
What We're Looking For:
* Previous inbound call centre or phone-based customer service experience
* Confident phone manner and fast typing skills
* Friendly, team-first attitude
* Comfortable in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
* Strong proficiency in both spoken and written English is required to communicate professionally with clients.
