Commercial Construction Project Lead Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the delivery of secured, iconic commercial construction projects.
This is a full-time, permanent position based at our modern regional office in Launceston.
You will be responsible for guiding your team to achieve project goals through effective coaching, mentoring, and collaboration.
* Leading and supporting your team to deliver successful project outcomes.
* Ensuring all projects exceed safety, quality, and environmental targets.
* Delivering projects in accordance with the Building Code of Australia and relevant Australian Standards.
* Managing commercial aspects of projects, including contract administration and financial performance.
* Championing safety at all levels and fostering a culture of care and accountability.
* Promoting environmental responsibility across all project phases.
The ideal candidate will have proven experience in commercial construction, formal training in Occupational Health and Safety, excellent communication skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
