Account Manager
Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Account Manager to join our high performing sales team based in Melbourne. In this fast-paced role, you will be instrumental in developing and managing business strategies to achieve profitable relationships across our General Care portfolio.
The successful candidate will have extensive Medical Device and consumable sales experience, with the ability to influence at all levels within the hospital network. You will work closely with stakeholders from across the business to deliver top quality service to customers.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and manage business strategies to achieve profitable relationships
* Build high level business relationships both internally and externally
* Ensure a broad understanding of our products and negotiate sales and terms
* Manage a sales funnel for all sales leads within the territory
* Coordinate product demonstrations, efficient product delivery and ongoing clinical and technical support
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in nursing or equivalent, with strong sales/clinical background/experience
* Medical Device and Consumables sales experience, preferably within a hospital environment
* Understanding of sales processes and ability to protect and grow market share
* Experience in analyzing and manipulating complex data and building territory plans
* Exceptional interpersonal and cross functional stakeholder experience
