About the Role
We're looking for a proactive and accounts focused team members to join our Nathan branch service workshops in to support our ever-growing businesses.
Key Responsibilities
* End to end bookkeeping
* Perform accurate data entry
* Process invoices efficiently and on time
* Manage email communications and record data accordingly
* Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and vendors
* Daily bank reconciliations and general bookkeeping
* Generate reports
* Accounts receivable
What You'll Need to Succeed
* Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
* Excellent time management and multitasking abilities
* High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
* A strong sense of urgency
* Outstanding interpersonal and relationship-building skills
* MYOB or similar accounting software
