We are looking for experienced Graduates/ Architects / Senior Technicians to join our team on a contract basis. The successful applicants will have experience in Archicad and preferably exposure to Retail Projects. The roles will commence asap with a likely contract period of 6 months.
Key Responsibilities:
* Progress project documentation (DD & CD) using ArchiCAD in line with our office standards.
* Liaise and coordinate with sub-consultants to ensure the effective integration of their contributions into the project.
* Prepare formal submissions, including design drawings and reports, and submit them to the relevant authorities.
* Prepare and review tender documentation and assist with the tendering process.
* Observe contract conditions, including site inspections and post-completion assessments.
* Maintain up-to-date quality assurance documentation and ensure compliance with project quality procedures.
* Communicate regularly with Project Leaders and Directors, providing updates on project progress and seeking guidance as needed.
Skills and Experience:
* Proficiency in ArchiCAD (Revit exp also highly regarded).
* Strong design, documentation, and contract administration skills.
* Solid understanding of building codes and construction techniques.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a project team.
* Previous experience in an architectural practice across commercial, residential, industrial, and retail sectors is advantageous.
* Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
