Our client is on the hunt for energetic Factory Hands & Concreters to join our crew in Caloundra! If you like working with your hands, staying dry, and being part of something BIG —we've got your next gig.
You will be working for Australia's largest pontoon builder, crafting everything from backyard leisure decks to massive ferry terminals and floating walkways. Think of us as the superheroes of marine infrastructure—minus the capes (but we do wear hi-vis).
What You'll Be Doing
* Pouring and finishing concrete like a boss
* Learning cool new skills like plastic welding and fit-outs
* Using hand tools to bring marine magic to life
* Keeping things safe, clean, and high-quality
What We're Looking For
* Concreting experience (trade qualified = bonus points)
* Handy with tools and not afraid of a little elbow grease
* Reliable, punctual, and ready to learn
* Safety-first mindset with a dash of perfectionism
Nice-to-Haves
* Manual driver's licence
* Construction white card
* Fabrication experience
* At least 1 year in a similar role
