We are seeking our next **Front Office Receptionist** to join our diverse and friendly team. This is an excellent opportunity for a self-motivated individual who can work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
**Job Description:**
- Provide exceptional customer service to guests, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
- Manage all bookings, check ins and check outs efficiently and accurately.
- Handle phone calls and redirect as necessary, providing timely responses to guest inquiries.
- Issue room keys and provide a comprehensive overview of hotel amenities and services.
- Liaise with other personnel to ensure seamless communication and efficient operations.
- Offer concierge services to assist guests with various needs and requirements.
- Maintain the front office area in a clean and organized manner at all times.
**Required Skills & Qualifications:**
- Previous experience in a similar role is highly desirable but not essential.
- Possess a keen eye for detail and excellent time management skills.
- Demonstrate a positive attitude and ability to problem-solve effectively.
