We are looking for a motivated and organised Restaurant Manager with a passion for food and a flair for leading a team. In this role, you'll oversee all aspects of store operations — from managing staff and ensuring smooth service, to maintaining kitchen standards and stock control. You'll gain hands-on experience across every part of the store, understanding what it takes to run a busy kebab shop efficiently.
What You'll Be Doing
* Leading and motivating crew members (front counter + kitchen).
* Training, coaching, and developing new staff to lift performance.
* Managing stock levels, ordering, rosters, and cash handling.
* Driving store performance through P&L accountability, labour costs, and sales targets.
* Monitoring KPIs (speed, service quality, cost control, waste).
* Keeping the restaurant clean, safe, and compliant with food safety & OH&S standards.
* Rolling up your sleeves — whether it's on the grill, POS, or dish station — and leading by example.

* Prior hospitality or quick-service leadership experience (assistant manager, supervisor, team leader)
* Reliable, cool under pressure, and sharp with time management

* Previous success in meeting KPI's
