Audio Visual Specialist for a healthcare client in the Orange, CA area. The role involves providing AV support for meetings, conferences, and special events across the organization.
The responsibilities include supporting future event and meeting requests for conference rooms, handling incident tickets for room systems, coordinating with vendors for net current installs, and refreshing older meeting rooms. AV technologies supported include web cameras, monitors, microphones, TVs, gaming systems.
Shift: Monday to Friday, 7:00am–3:30pm.
Hospital vaccinations required (see job description).
Job location: Orange, CA. Type: Contract (6+ months). Pay rate: $30.00–$32.00 per hour.
Responsibilities
* Support future event and meeting requests for conference rooms.
* Handle incident tickets for room systems.
* Coordinate with vendors for net current installs.
* Refresh older meeting rooms.
* Provide AV technology support (web cameras, monitors, microphones, TVs, gaming systems).
Required Skills and Experience
* 3+ years of Audio Visual Specialist experience.
* Must have Crestron experience.
* Familiarity with setting up and troubleshooting monitors, microphones, PowerPoint, and room systems.
* Familiarity with setting up and troubleshooting Teams and Zoom room systems.
* COVID-19 vaccine required.
* High school diploma / GED.
