We are seeking conscientious Assistant Store Managers to join our teams at Casuarina and Palmerston Gateway to create lasting customer experiences.
You will be the heartbeat of our store, working alongside the Store Manager to deliver excellence, enhance customer satisfaction, and boost team performance.
Your day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Leading the team: Coaching, mentoring, and inspiring team members to excel.
2. Managing store operations: Ensuring the store runs smoothly, welcoming customers with positive energy.
3. Customer service: Resolving inquiries with patience and care to leave lasting positive impressions.
4. Training and onboarding: Supporting new team members with tools and knowledge to delight customers.
