**About the role - Warehouse and Manufacturing Manager**
Reporting to the Director of Supply Chain and Manufacturing, the role is responsible for:
- Manage day-to-day warehouse and manufacturing operations at the Epping site.
- Lead, support and develop a dedicated team of warehouse and production staff.
- Plan and coordinate production schedules to meet demand and delivery timelines.
- Maintain high standards of inventory accuracy and stock management.
- Oversee goods receiving, storage, dispatch and logistics coordination.
**Skills & experience**
- Proven experience in warehouse and/or manufacturing management.
- Strong leadership and team-building skills - a natural role model.
- Excellent knowledge of production planning, inventory control, and warehousing practices.
- Proactive, organised, and able to work under pressure.
- Forklift licence and familiarity with WMS/ERP systems highly regarded.
