Austcorp Executive are partnering with a Western Australian owned company who specialize in the build and maintenance of electric motors.
Off the back of a successful year this company is looking to bring on board a **Workshop Supervisor** to lead a team of workshop personnel.
The key duties of the **Workshop Supervisor** will be but not limited to:
- Manage the delivery of workshop projects from start to completion, including maintenance and new build of electrical motors
- Ensure all safety standards and protocols and maintained and workshop documentation is recorded.
- Oversee the quality assurance and control of the workshop tasks.
- Mentor apprentices and workshop staff.
- Confidently delegate tasks between the workshop team to ensure speed of completion.
A little bit about you:
- Experience in a Workshop Supervisory role (Leading Hand, Workshop Supervisor, Workshop Manager).
- Excellent personal communication, interaction and motivation skills.
- Hold an Australian recognized trade qualification (Electrical Fitter, Electro-Mechanical, Mechanical Fitting highly regarded).
