About the Role
A leading electrical contractor is seeking a skilled Contract Administrator for a site-based role on a major $10M commercial electrical project. You'll support the project team by managing commercial, contractual and procurement functions from project start to finish.
Key Responsibilities
* Administer head and subcontract agreements, including drafting, reviewing and negotiating.
* Manage procurement packages, purchase orders, supplier coordination and subcontract engagement.
* Oversee budgets, cost control, forecasts, progress claims, variations and EOTs.
* Maintain contract documentation, registers and compliance records.
* Coordinate with project managers, site teams, subcontractors and suppliers.
* Support dispute resolution, change management and contract amendments.
* Assist with project handover and commercial close-out.
About You
* CA experience in commercial construction (electrical experience ideal).
* Strong knowledge of contracts, procurement, cost management and claims.
* Excellent organisation, communication, negotiation and stakeholder skills.
* Ability to manage multiple tasks, work under pressure, and maintain accuracy.
* Relevant tertiary qualification desirable (Construction, QS, Engineering).
