We manage the entire project process in-house, from concept and design through to construction, allowing our team to work on well-planned, organised jobs with clear scopes and strong systems in place.
Our projects range from residential to commercial works and include structural landscaping, outdoor construction and custom carpentry solutions.

Your Responsibilities
* Reading and interpreting construction drawings and plans
* Structural carpentry and outdoor construction including:
* Decking
* Pergolas
* Screens
* Timber and steel structures
* Fencing
* Tiling and finishing works
* General landscaping works if required
* Site preparation and set-out
* Ordering and coordinating materials
* Mentoring apprentices and junior staff
* Maintaining a high standard of workmanship and site safety
About You
* Trade-qualified carpenter
* Proven experience in carpentry and construction works
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Strong attention to detail and pride in your work
* Current driver's licence
* Own tools and equipment
* Reliable, motivated and safety-focused
