Park Lane Landscapes is seeking an experienced and highly organised Administration, Accounts & Payroll Officer to join our team in a part-time, office-based role. This is an excellent opportunity to become part of a friendly and supportive business within the landscaping industry.
About the Role
· Part-time position (16-24 hours per week)
· Flexible working hours, generally between 8:00am - 4:30pm
· Office based position (not a work from home role)
· Supportive and collaborative team environment
Key Responsibilities
· Xero experience (essential)
· End-to-end payroll processing
· Accounts Payable and Account Receivable
· Invoicing
· Professional communication with stake holders
· Assist with procurement
· Assisting with WHS documentation
· General office administration
· Providing leave coverage for the Office Manager
About you
· Proven experience in payroll processing, accounts and administration
· Sound working knowledge of Xero (essential)
· High level of accuracy and attention to detail
· Excellent organisational and time management skills
· Professional communication skills and confident phone manner
· Ability to work independently while contributing positively to a team environment
