We're looking for a Bar Manager who can take full ownership of the bar program — someone who leads from the front, sets the standard, and brings creativity to every pour and blend.

What You'll Be Doing
* Leading the bar team and overseeing all bar operations
* Crafting cocktails — from timeless classics to our over-the-top Milky Lane signatures
* Creating and serving thickshakes and loaded shakes with consistency and flair
* Maintaining high standards of drink quality, speed, and presentation
* Managing bar stock, ordering, prep systems, and cleanliness
* Ensuring full RSA compliance and maintaining a responsible service culture
* Training and developing bartenders to deliver Milky Lane's experience
* Assisting the floor team where needed in a fast-paced, high-energy venue
* Playing a key role in delivering the venue's nightlife vibe and guest experience

What You Bring
* Minimum 1–2 years strong cocktail bar experience (management or supervisory experience preferred)
* Confidence in creating shakes, blended drinks, or dessert-style beverages
* Current RSA and strong knowledge of responsible alcohol service
* Leadership qualities — reliable, organised, and able to motivate a team
* Ability to multitask and perform under pressure on busy nights
* Creative flair and passion for making drinks that "wow" guests
* Excellent communication and a team-first attitude

* Thursday 3pm-9:30pm
* Friday 3pm-10:30pm
* Saturday 11am-10:30pm
