The Opportunity
Are you a senior Automation leader with over 12 years of experience and a passion for client partnership, team leadership, and innovation? We are inviting expressions of interest for a Principal Consultant role in Adelaide - a pivotal senior position within our regional leadership team, supporting key clients, developing strategic solutions, and acting as a trusted advisor in quality engineering.
Key Responsibilities
* Senior On-Site Leadership at key clients: Lead hybrid teams (on-site, remote, offshore), manage senior client relationships, ensure delivery excellence across KPIs, and act as the client\'s go-to for quality solutions.
* Account Growth & Relationship Building: Work with the Account Director and GM to enhance client engagement, provide executive-level consultation, and co-develop roadmaps for growth.
* Enterprise Solutions & Innovation: Champion innovative QE strategies including Automation, Performance, Security, and AI by collaborating with our Practice Directors and broader leadership team.
* Cross-Capability Engagement: Lead and coordinate testing initiatives across all quality domains in enterprise settings.
* Mentorship & Community Engagement: Contribute to QE people leadership, support initiatives like HerTechPath, and represent Planit at networking and industry events.
* Business Partnership: Provide senior coverage and support across accounts during peak demand or leadership absences.
* Automation Thought Leadership: Establish enterprise automation strategies, conduct automation assessments, provide recommendations, lead automation proofs of value, and contribute to RFX processes.
