Factory Hand / Production Worker – Tyre Retreading
We are looking for an energetic and hard-working individual with a positive and can-do attitude to learn a new skill or industry. No experience is required as on-the-job training will be provided. The role focuses on safety, physical fitness, and reliability.

Roles / Responsibilities
- Tyre handling, inspections & repairs.
- Using semi-automated production equipment & hand tools.
- Recording & communicating tyre data.
- Following quality, safety & operational procedures.
- Operation of manufacturing stations: Inspection Station, Skiving Station, Tread Building Station, Enveloping Station.
- Maintaining a clean and tidy work environment.
Requirements
- Must have a licence and own reliable transport.
- Able to lift at least 20kg.
- Able to work overtime when required.
- Good time management & strong team player.
- Stable, consistent hours: Monday to Friday.
