Empathetic Caregiver Role
We are seeking a compassionate and skilled individual to join our healthcare team as an empathetic caregiver. This is a unique opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of patients with end-stage renal failure or chronic kidney disease.
Our training program will equip you with the necessary skills to provide exceptional care, and you will be part of a collaborative team of professionals including nurses, dietitians, social workers, and other experienced caregivers.
The role involves providing hands-on care to patients, administering treatments, and supporting their physical and emotional well-being. Requirements
* Strong desire to enter the healthcare field and make a positive impact on people's lives
* High school diploma or equivalent required
* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, handling blood and needles with confidence
* Comfortable working long hours (some shifts are 12+ hours) on your feet, wearing comfortable shoes
* Flexibility to train and work across multiple clinics as needed
* Previous healthcare experience an asset, including certifications such as BONENT Certified, CHT, CNA, CMA, or Phlebotomy
